高职大学生积极心理品质的现状与培育路径研究——以江苏某高职院校为例 被引量:1

A Study on the Status Quo and Cultivation Strategies of Positive Psychological Traits among Vocational College Students:An Empirical Case from a Jiangsu Vocational College

摘要 以江苏省某高职院校380名高职大学生为对象,采用中国大学生积极心理品质量表进行调查,结果显示高职大学生积极心理品质整体状况良好,男生总体优于女生,不同年级在节制维度有差异,其他方面差异不显著。经分析,性别差异与学校专业设置、社会观念及家庭教育有关,年级差异与适应情况有关。基于此,提出课程交融、专业赋能、文化浸润、产教深度融合、多维联动培育等路径,以提升高职学生积极心理品质,满足社会人才需求。 This study took 380 vocational college students from Jiangsu vocational College as the par‐ticipants and conducted a survey using the Chinese College Students'Positive Psychological Quality Scale.The results showed that the overall positive psychological traits of vocational college students were in a good state,with boys generally outperforming girls.There were differences in the dimension of temperance among different grades,whereas no significant differences were observed in other aspects.Through regres‐sion analysis,the study found that gender differences were related to the school's specialty settings,social concepts,and family education,while grade differences were associated with academic adaptation.Based on this,cultivation paths comprising curriculum integration,professional empowerment,cultural infiltra‐tion,deep integration of industry and education,and multi-dimensional linkage mechanisms are proposed,aiming to enhance the positive psychological traits of vocational students and meet the talent requirements of society.
