智能技术驱动下高职助产专业“三维产房”进阶式教学体系建构与“五育”融合评价研究

摘要 目的为应对“健康中国2030”规划与职业教育深化改革背景下高职助产专业面临的临床实践资源紧张、传统教学与岗位能力需求脱节的双重挑战,探索培养“德技并修”高素质助产人才的有效路径。方法创新性构建“三维产房”进阶式教学体系,选取长沙卫生职业学院2022级(对照组,n=108)和2023级(试验组,n=110)高职助产专业学生作为研究对象。研究周期为2023年9月1日至2025年1月15日,试验组实施“三练三悟三循环”教学策略,融合德育、智育、体育、美育、劳育“五育”动态评价机制,打造“虚拟认知-模拟训练-临床实践”的阶梯式能力培养环境。结果试验组理论考核成绩、操作规范性得分较对照组显著提升(P<0.01),职业素养违规率较对照组下降(P<0.05),实现知识、技能与素养的协同发展。结论该体系有效缩短课堂到岗位的能力转化周期,为高职助产专业“德技并修”人才培养提供了可复制的创新范式。 Objective To address the dual challenges of tight clinical practice resources and the disconnection between traditional teaching and job competency requirements in higher vocational midwifery specialty under the"Healthy China 2030"plan and the deepening reform of vocational education,this study explores an effective path for cultivating high-quality midwifery talents with both professional skills and moral integrity.Methods A"Three-Dimensional Delivery Room"progressive teaching system was innovatively constructed.Students majoring in higher vocational midwifery from the 2022 grade(control group,n=108)and 2023 grade(experimental group,n=110)of Changsha Health Vocational College were selected as the research objects.The research period was from September 1,2023,to January 15,2025.The experimental group implemented the teaching strategy of"Three Practices,Three Insights,and Three Cycles",integrated the dynamic evaluation mechanism of"Five Educations"(moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education),and created a ladder-type ability training environment of"virtual cognition-simulated training-clinical practice".Results The theoretical assessment scores and operational standardization scores of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.01),and the violation rate of professional literacy decreased(P<0.05),achieving the collaborative development of knowledge,skills,and literacy.Conclusion This system effectively shortens the ability transformation cycle from classroom to post,providing a replicable innovative paradigm for cultivating"morally and technically proficient"talents in higher vocational midwifery specialty.
