摘要
目的系统评价我国高血压早期肾损害(EHN)中医证型分布频率,了解其分布规律。方法通过对维普、万方数据知识服务平台及中国知网等数据库进行检索,检索时限均为2004年10月至2024年10月,获得代表性文献。结果共纳入12篇文献,纳入研究对象共2431例。meta分析结果显示:高血压早期肾损害的证型分布频率:肝火亢盛证为0.18[95%CI(0.14,0.22)],痰湿壅盛证为0.22[95%CI(0.16,0.31)],阴虚阳亢证为0.23[95%CI(0.16,0.32)],阴阳两虚证为0.15[95%CI(0.10,0.23)],肾虚血瘀证为0.25[95%CI(0.13,0.42)]。亚组分析表明:证候评定诊断、质量评价及地域在高血压早期肾损害证型分布的差异具有统计学意义。结论我国高血压早期肾损害证型分布由多到少依次是肾虚血瘀证、阴虚阳亢证、痰湿壅盛证、肝火亢盛证、阴阳两虚证及其他证型。
Objective To systematically evaluate the distribution frequency of Chinese medicine certificates in early renal impairment(EHN)in China and understand its distribution rules.Methods Representative literature was obtained by searching VIP,Wanfang and China Knowledge Network databases,with the search time limit from October 2004 to October 2024.Results A total of 12 articles were included,with a total of 2431 subjects included.Meta analysis results showed:The distribution of syndrome types for early renal damage in hypertension is 0.18(95%CI[0.14,0.22])for liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome,phlegm dampness accumulation syndrome was 0.22(95%CI[0.16,0.31]),yin deficiency syndrome and yang hyperactivity syndrome were 0.23(95%CI[0.16,0.32]),Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome were 0.15(95%CI[0.10,0.23]),and kidney deficiency syndrome were 0.25(95%CI[0.13,0.42]).Subgroup analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in syndrome assessment and diagnosis,quality evaluation and regional distribution of kidney damage syndromes in early stage of hypertension.Conclusion The distribution of early renal damage syndromes in hypertension in China was,in descending order,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndromes,yin deficiency and hyperactivity syndromes,phlegm-dampness congestion syndromes,liver fire syndromes,yin and yang deficien cy syndromes,and other syndromes.
