摘要
目的分析脂联素基因多肽性与广西壮族人群卵巢早衰的相关性。方法选择2021年7月至2025年1月于广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院诊治的98例卵巢早衰患者作为疾病组,另选择同期于本院体检的125例健康女性作为对照组。两组患者均进行基因测序,对比脂联素rs17300539、rs1501299两个位点的基因多态性。结果测序结果显示,脂联素基因rs17300539位点测序出现G/G基因型。rs1501299位点测序出现G/G、G/T、T/T基因型。rs1501299位点分布频率均符合哈代-温伯格平衡定律。两组rs1501299位点突变基因型G/T、T/T和等位基因T的携带频率在对比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论rs1501299和rs17300539两个位点的基因多态性与广西壮族人群的卵巢早衰无明显相关性。
Objective To analyze the correlation between adiponectin gene polypeptide and premature ovarian failure in Guangxi Zhuang population.Methods A total of 98 patients with premature ovarian failure diagnosed and treated in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2021 to January 2025 were selected as the disease group,and 125 healthy women who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Gene sequencing was performed in both groups to compare the polymorphism of adiponectin rs17300539 and rs1501299.Results Sequencing results showed that the adiponectin gene rs17300539 site showed G/G genotype.G/G,G/T,and T/T genotypes were found at rs1501299.The frequency distribution of rs1501299 sites is consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.There were no significant differences in the carrying frequency of rs1501299 mutant genotype G/T,T/T and allele T between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant correlation between rs1501299 and rs17300539 gene polymorphisms and premature ovarian failure in Guangxi Zhuang population.
