摘要
针对电厂DCS系统中,DPU和IO模件之间串口通信速度慢、传输数据量小、实时性差等难点,设计一种基于FPGA的并行通信控制系统。首先,选用自定义并行通信接口,可以满足用户不同需求和场景,可扩展性强;其次,为进一步实现DPU和IO模件之间快速通信,采用纯国产化元器件和硬件逻辑部署并行传输协议,构建不同类型IO模件与DPU之间协议解析与数据交互的控制系统,不仅降低生产成本,还提高了系统实时性和数据处理效率;最后,搭建系统硬件软件测试平台,并根据行业标准进行相关实验验证。实验结果表明,该控制系统满足相关技术条件标准。
Addressing the challenges of slow serial communication speed,limited data transmission volume,and poor realtime performance between DPU and IO modules in the DCS system of power plants,a parallel communication control system based on FPGA is designed.Firstly,a custom parallel communication interface is selected to meet diverse user needs and scenarios,offering strong scalability.Secondly,to further achieve rapid communication between DPU and IO modules,purely domestically produced components and hardware logic are utilized to deploy a parallel transmission protocol.This constructs a control system for protocol parsing and data interaction between different types of IO modules and DPUs,which not only reduces production costs but also enhances system real-time performance and data processing efficiency.Finally,a hardware and software testing platform for the system is established,and relevant experimental validation is conducted according to industry standards.Experimental results demonstrate that the control system meets relevant technical specifications and standards.
