摘要
针对传统可编程序逻辑控制器(program-mable logic controller,PLC)就地控制方式存在的系统集成度低、维护不便等问题,根据吸附式氢气干燥设备的工作原理,提出了基于分布式控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)直接控制的氢气干燥技术及其通用逻辑控制方案,满足了电厂对氢气干燥设备进行统一控制的需求,实现了电厂DCS系统与氢气干燥设备的集成。
To address issues such as low system integration and inconvenient maintenance in the local control mode of traditional programmable logic controller(PLC),according to the working principle of adsorption-type hydrogen drying equipment,a hydrogen drying technology directly controlled by a distributed control system(DCS)and its universal logic control scheme are proposed,which meets the demand of power plants for unified control of hydrogen drying equipment and realizes the integration of DCS system and hydrogen drying device in power plants.
