摘要
本文深入研究鹿华公司锅炉静电除尘器在运行中存在的积灰问题,剖析成因后提出采用高导电润滑涂层的改善方案。经工程实践,验证了该涂层在解决积灰问题、提升除尘效率方面的有效性,展现出该技术方案应用的环保与经济效益。
This paper thoroughly investigates the ash accumulation issue in the electrostatic precipitator of Lu Hua Company's boiler.After analyzing the causes,it proposes an improvement plan using a high-conductivity lubricating coating.The effectiveness of the coating in resolving ash accumulation and enhancing dust removal efficiency has been verified through engineering practice,demonstrating the environmental and economic benefits of this technological solution.
