在现代化工生产中,集散控制系统(DCS)的选择与配置对生产效率和安全性至关重要。特别是在精对苯二甲酸(PTA)这样的大型化工装置,组态优化显得尤为重要。本文将从组态的角度,深入对比分析横河电机的Centum VP系统与浙江中控的ECS-700系统在PTA装置中的应用,以期为相关领域的工程师和决策者提供有价值的参考。
In modern chemical production,the selection and configuration of Distributed Control Systems(DCS)are crucial to production efficiency and safety.Especially in large-scale chemical plants such as those for Purified Terephthalic Acid(PTA),configuration optimization is particularly important.This article conducts an in-depth comparative analysis of the application of Yokogawa's Centum VP system and Zhejiang Zhongkong's ECS-700 system in PTA plants from the perspective of configuration,aiming to provide valuable references for engineers and decision-makers in related fields.
