摘要
介绍了CENTUM VP集散控制系统的架构与功能,并对典型控制回路在化工生产中的应用做了说明。具体内容包括CENTUM VP系统构成以HIS操作站、FCS控制站、EWS工程师站为主,涵盖了对应的功能以及硬件配置与组态内容;设计组态以通讯组态、软件组态为主,介绍了单回路PID、串级控制回路、分程控制、运算功能等方案;运行维护重点以SIO-21、LC64功能块的组态调试以及工程备份为主进行阐述。从设计与应用的角度对CENTUM VP系统进行了详细介绍,为工程设计与应用提供参考。
This paper introduces the architecture and function of CENTUM VP distributed control system,and explains the application of typical control loop in chemical production.CENTUM VP system consists of HIS operation station,FCS control station and EWS engineer station,covering corresponding functions,hardware configuration and configuration.The design configuration is mainly based on communication configuration and software configuration.The schemes of single loop PID,cascade control loop,division control and operation function are introduced.Operation and maintenance focus on the configuration debugging of SIO-21,LC64 functional blocks and project backup.In this paper,CENTUM VP system is introduced in detail from the perspective of design and application,providing reference for engineering design and application.
