摘要
随着工业4.0的逐步推进,企业资源配置效率已由传统模式向智能化转变,在此背景下,成本粘性作为企业资源配置效率的重要表征亟须进一步深入讨论。通过对企业智能化转型与成本粘性相关研究进行分析归纳,并利用H企业智能化转型案例探讨制造业企业资源配置提升路径,最后通过成本粘性视角提出相关对策建议。
By analyzing and summarizing the research related to the intelligent transformation of enterprises and cost stickiness,and using the case of intelligent transformation of H enterprise to explore the path of resource allocation enhancement of manufacturing enterprises,we finally put forward relevant countermeasure suggestions through the perspective of cost stickiness.
