摘要
在“双碳”目标的大背景下,我国钢铁业面临着巨大的考验。该行业集中度较低,企业正面临激烈的竞争压力。此外,企业自身的研发能力有限,无法有效地进行产品深加工,从而导致市场竞争力不强和产品滞销。因此,以山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司(以下简称“太钢不锈”)为对象,对太钢不锈2017—2021年的财务数据进行分析,找出公司存在的问题并提出相关对策,为公司财务报表用户提供更好的信息,并提出可持续发展建议。
The implementation of carbon peak and carbon reduction actions in the steel industry is a powerful support for the country to achieve its"dual carbon"goals,and is also an inherent requirement for achieving high-quality development.Financial analysis can help companies recognize their specific financial status,prevent risks in advance,and improve business management.We will analyze the financial statements of Valin Steel from four aspects of financial indicators,analyze its financial situation,and propose relevant suggestions in conjunction with the"dual carbon"target.
