摘要
QP980钢酸轧过程中,残留的氧化铁皮会对钢材表面质量造成严重影响,针对此问题,从QP980氧化铁皮缺陷形貌特征入手,对此类橄榄石状缺陷取样并进行电镜分析,结果显示缺陷处存在大量氧元素,锁定为氧化铁皮缺陷。分析认为,该缺陷产生的原因主要是QP980钢的硅和锰含量较高,在高温下容易形成氧化铁皮。此外,这种铁皮在通常的酸洗条件下不易去除,通过优化调整破磷机工艺参数成功消除了此类缺陷。
In this paper,starting with the morphology characteristics of QP980 iron oxide defects,this kind of olivine-like defects are sampled and analyzed by electron microscope.The results show that there are a large number of oxygen elements,which are locked as iron oxide defects.The analysis shows that the defect is mainly caused by the high content of silicon and manganese in QP980 steel,which is easy to form iron oxide scale at high temperature.In addition,this kind of iron sheet is not easy to remove under normal pickling conditions.By optimizing and adjusting the phosphorus breaker,this kind of defect has been eliminated successfully.
