摘要
铁矿石中二氧化硅含量控制是直接影响钢铁冶炼的关键环节,实验室具备准确检测铁矿中的二氧化硅含量能力,可为生产提供有效的数据支持,又能有效地控制生产成本。鉴于此,采用平行样对比、改变单一变量、标样比对等方法开展试验研究,找出影响铁矿石中二氧化硅检测准确性的因素,分析问题产生原因,并提出针对性的解决方法。
The content of silicon dioxide in iron ore directly affects the key process of iron and steel smelting.The laboratory's ability to accurately detect the content of silicon dioxide in iron ore can provide effective data support for production and effectively control production costs.This paper adopts methods such as parallel sample comparison,changing a single variable,and standard sample comparison to analyze the factors affecting the accuracy of silicon dioxide detection in iron ore,analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes solutions.
