摘要
针对单Ti成分体系的汽车大梁钢700BL进行了热轧试验,结果表明:在相同的终轧温度和冷却模式条件下,随着卷取温度的降低,析出物含量不断减少,铁素体以针状多边形状分布且逐渐增加,大梁钢的强度先升高后降低;当卷取温度为600℃时,此时的析出强化效果要大于细晶强化效果,因此试样的显微组织的均匀性最好,抗拉强度也最高。
Hot rolling tests were conducted on automotive beam steel 700BL with a single Ti component system.The results showed that under the same final rolling temperature and cooling mode conditions,as the coiling temperature decreased,the content of precipitates continued to decrease,and the ferrite distributed in a needle shaped polygonal shape and gradually increased.The strength of the beam steel first increased and then decreased.When the coiling temperature is 600℃,the precipitation strengthening effect is greater than the fine grain strengthening effect,so the uniformity of the microstructure of the sample is the best and the tensile strength is also the highest.
