卷取温度和冷却方式对析出硬化高强钢板带性能稳定性的影响

Effect of Coiling Temperature and Cooling Manner on Property Stability of Precipitation Hardened High-strength Steel Strip

摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验机等设备,研究了含Nb、Ti的析出硬化高强钢板带的显微组织和抗拉强度。该板带经热轧处理后,分别在520、560、600和640℃下卷取,并采用保温罩冷却和空冷2种冷却方式。结果表明:随着卷取温度的升高,板带抗拉强度先升后降,板带宽度方向的强度差逐渐增大;卷取后保温罩冷却能减小板带宽度方向的显微组织差异和强度波动,有效提高板带性能的稳定性。 The microstructure and tensile strength of Nb,Ti-containing precipitation-hardened high-strength steel strip were investigated by means of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing.The strip were hot-rolled and then coiled at 520,560,600 and 640℃,and cooled by insulated cover and air cooling,respectively.The results show that with the increase of coiling temperature,the tensile strength of the strip increases first and then decreases,and the strength difference in the width direction gradually increases.Cooling after coiling with insulated cover can reduce the microstructure difference and strength fluctuation in the width direction,and effectively improve the strip property stability.
