摘要
探讨高温退火对铁镍软磁合金磁性能的影响,旨在实现材料低损耗应用。分析不同退火温度、时间对合金组织结构影响,采用扫描电子显微镜观测磁畴结构的变化,评估其磁性能。高温退火后铁镍软磁合金的磁畴结构发生变化,形成更加均匀的磁畴分布,降低磁各向异性。优化后磁感应强度达到1.5 T,矫顽力降低至1 A/m,磁导率提升至100 000 H/m,比总损耗降低至0.1 W/kg,均优于未经优化合金。研究表明,高温退火可改善铁镍软磁合金磁畴结构和磁各向异性,提升磁性能。
This paper explores the effect of high-temperature annealing on the magnetic properties of iron nickel soft magnetic alloys,aiming to achieve low loss applications of the material.Analyze the effects of different annealing temperatures and times on the microstructure of alloys,observe the changes in magnetic domain structure using scanning electron microscopy,and evaluate their magnetic properties.After high-temperature annealing,the magnetic domain structure of iron nickel soft magnetic alloys changes,forming a more uniform magnetic domain distribution and reducing magnetic anisotropy.After optimization,the magnetic induction intensity reached 1.5 T,the coercivity was reduced to 1 A/m,the magnetic permeability was increased to 100000,and the specific total loss was reduced to 0.1 W/kg,all of which were better than the unoptimized alloy.Research has shown that high-temperature annealing can improve the magnetic domain structure and magnetic anisotropy of iron nickel soft magnetic alloys,enhancing their magnetic properties.
