摘要
目的:探讨C型凝集素结构域家族1成员B(CLEC1B)、趋化因子受体7(CCR7)、G蛋白信号调节蛋白2(GPSM2)在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集100例原发性肝癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织标本,比较肝癌组织和癌旁组织CLEC1B、CCR7、GPSM2阳性表达率。分析肝癌组织CLEC1B、CCR7、GPSM2表达与临床病理特征的关系。随访3年,比较CLEC1B、CCR7、GPSM2阳性与阴性表达患者3年生存率,并对肝癌患者预后进行多因素Cox回归分析。结果:肝癌组织中CCR7、GPSM2阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织,CLEC1B阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织(均P<0.05)。CLEC1B、CCR7阳性表达率在不同肿瘤大小、分化程度、Child分级及是否肝外转移、血管侵犯方面比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。GPSM2阳性表达率在分化程度、Child分级方面比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。CCR7、GPSM2阳性患者3年生存率低于阴性患者,CLEC1B阳性患者3年生存率高于阴性患者(均P<0.05)。肝外转移、血管侵犯、肿瘤低分化、Child分级B级以及CCR7、GPSM2阳性为肝癌患者预后的危险因素,CLEC1B阳性为预后保护因素(均P<0.05)。结论:CLEC1B、CCR7、GPSM2在肝癌组织中均异常表达,与肿瘤转移、血管侵犯、分化、预后不良密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of C-type lectin domain family 1 member B(CLEC1B),chemokine receptor 7(CCR7)and G-protein-signaling modulator protein 2(GPSM2)in primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 100 cases of primary liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were collected,and the positive expression rates of CLEC1B,CCR7 and GPSM2 in liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared.The relationship between the expressions of CLEC1B,CCR7 and GPSM2 in liver cancer tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed.After 3 years of follow-up,the 3-year survival rate of patients with positive and negative expressions of CLEC1B,CCR7 and GPSM2 was compared,and the multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the prognosis of patients with liver cancer.Results:Compared with adjacent tissues,the positive expression rates of CCR7 and GPSM2 in liver cancer tissues were significantly higher,and the positive expression rate of CLEC1B was significantly lower(all P<0.05).In different tumor sizes,differentiation degrees,Child grades,extrahepatic metastasis and vascular invasion,the positive expression rates of CLEC1B and CCR7 were different significantly(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of GPSM2 in differentiation degree and Child grade(all P<0.05).The 3-year survival rates of CCR7 and GPSM2 positive patients were lower than those of negative patients,and the 3-year survival rate of CLEC1B positive patients was higher than that of negative patients(all P<0.05).Extrahepatic metastasis,vascular invasion,poor tumor differentiation,Child grade B,and positive CCR7 and GPSM2 were risk factors for the prognosis of patients with liver cancer,and positive CLEC1B was a protective factor for the prognosis(all P<0.05).Conclusion:CLEC1B,CCR7 and GPSM2 are abnormally expressed in liver cancer tissues,which are closely related to tumor metastasis,vascular invasion,differentiation and poor prognosis.
