摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,党中央对公立医院的党建工作提出了更高要求。在医疗机构的临床一线活跃着一支特殊的医师队伍——参加住院医师规范化培训的医师(以下简称“住院医师”)。住院医师规范化培训作为医学教育体系的重要环节,不仅关乎医疗人才的培养质量,其党建工作更是医院基层党建的关键组成部分,对保障医药卫生体制改革政策的有效落实具有重要意义。然而,当前住院医师党建工作面临诸多现实挑战:临床任务繁重、考核压力大、人员流动频繁等,均在一定程度上制约了党建工作的深入开展。针对这一现状,系统分析住院医师党建工作存在的问题与困境,进而探索更具实效性的优化策略。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the Party Central Committee has put forward higher requirements for the party building work of public hospitals.In the clinical front line of the hospital,there is a special group of doctors,they are doctors who participate in the standardized training of residents(hereinafter referred to as"residents").The standardized residency training,as an important part of medical education,residency training not only shapes the quality of healthcare talent development,but also plays a pivotal role in hospital-level Party building.Strengthening Party construction among resident physicians is essential for ensuring the effective implementation of healthcare reform policies.However,the Party building work for residents faces multiple practical challenges,such as heavy clinical work,numerous examination tasks,and high personnel mobility.All these bring certain difficulties to the implementation of the Party building work for residents.Given these circumstances,a systematic analysis of the existing problems and difficulties in the Party building work for residents can help explore more effective optimization strategies.
