思政元素融入本科临床诊断学教学的探讨

摘要 临床诊断学是连接基础医学与临床医学的桥梁,在医学教育体系中占据举足轻重的地位。将思政元素融入临床诊断学教学,是顺应新时代医学人才培养需求的重要举措。文章从教学目标设定、教学方法优化、师资队伍建设、评价体系构建四方面探讨了思政元素在临床诊断学教学中的应用,旨在探索出一套行之有效的思政元素与临床诊断学融合的教学模式,为培养德才兼备的医学人才提供理论与实践参考。 Clinical diagnosis is a bridge connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine,and occupies a pivotal position in the medical education system.Integrating ideological and political elements into clinical diagnosis teaching is an important measure to meet the needs of medical talent cultivation in the new era.The article explores the application of ideological and political elements in clinical diagnosis teaching from four aspects:setting teaching objectives,optimizing teaching methods,building teaching staff,and constructing evaluation systems.The aim is to explore an effective teaching model that integrates ideological and political elements with clinical diagnosis,providing theoretical and practical references for cultivating medical talents with both morality and talent.
