摘要
目的探讨完形疗法结合舍曲林治疗青少年抑郁症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年6月—2024年4月在福建省福能集团总医院心理科治疗的76例青少年抑郁症患者资料。其中以单纯舍曲林治疗的38例患者作为非完形组,以完形疗法结合舍曲林治疗的38例患者作为完形组。观察治疗前后2组抑郁症状改善情况,并评估心理症状。结果治疗后,完形组24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表中文版(Hamilton depression rating scale,HAMD-24)评分为(11.26±3.15)分,低于非完形组的(17.82±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。完形组HAMD-24评分分级优于非完形组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完形组症状自评量表(symptom checklist90,SCL-90)评分为(102.17±25.46)分,低于非完形组的(162.21±23.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论完形疗法结合舍曲林治疗可有效改善青少年患者抑郁症状,并可减轻患者心理状态异常情况,促进患者病情转归,治疗效果可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of gestalt therapy combined with sertraline in the treatment of adolescent depressio.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 76 adolescent patients with depression who were treated in the department of psychology of Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from June 2020 to April 2024.Among them,38 patients treated with sertraline alone were taken as the non-gestalt group,and 38 patients treated with gestalt therapy combined with sertraline were taken as the gestalt group.The improvement of depression symptoms in the two groups was observed before and after treatment,and the psychological symptoms were evaluated.Results After treatment,the score of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD-24)in the gestalt group was(11.26±3.15)points,which was lower than(17.82±2.36)points in the non-gestalt group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The HAMD-24 score classification of the gestalt group was better than that of the non-gestalt group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)in the gestalt group was(102.17±25.46)points,which was lower than(162.21±23.51)points in the non-gestalt group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Gestalt therapy combined with sertraline treatment can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of adolescent patients,alleviate the abnormal psychological state of patients,promote the prognosis of patients'conditions,and the therapeutic effect is reliable.
