摘要
目的探讨基于格式塔疗法的小组干预对抑郁障碍患者抑郁状态、社会功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2022年10月淄博市精神卫生中心收治的84例抑郁障碍患者作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组采用抑郁障碍常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于格式塔疗法的小组干预,比较两组患者抑郁状态、社会功能及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者的抑郁状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用基于格式塔疗法的小组干预有助于降低抑郁障碍患者的负性情绪,改善其心理状态和社会功能,有效促进生活质量的提高。
Objective To explore the effect of group intervention based on gestalt therapy on depression status,social function,and quality of life in patients with the depressive disorders.Methods A total of 84 patients with depressive disorder admitted to the Zibo Mental Health Center from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)by random number table method.The control group received routine care for depressive disorder,and the observation group received group intervention based on gestalt therapy on the basis of the control group.Depression status,social function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the depression score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of physiological domain,psychological domain,social relationship domain,environmental domain and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group intervention based on gestalt therapy can help reduce negative emotions in patients with depression,improve their psychological state and social function,and effectively promote the improvement of their quality of life.
