卫生应急演练中新技术应用现状、挑战与展望 被引量:1

Application Status,Challenges and Prospects of New Technologies in Health Emergency Drills

摘要 文章着眼于传统卫生应急演练在场景模拟、数据利用、跨域协同及资源调配等环节的不足,深入剖析虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)、大数据与人工智能、5G通信、物联网及情景构建等前沿技术,通过文献分析、案例研究和专家访谈构建技术需求框架,创新性提出“三维融合”技术框架,推动智能技术与卫生应急演练深度融合。实证显示,基于该框架的综合演练系统显著缩短应急响应时间,提升资源调配效率与决策准确率,5G物联网技术在跨区域协同中大幅降低数据传输延迟、加快方案生成速度。尽管技术集成面临数据安全、系统兼容及法规冲突等挑战,研究仍证实智能技术融合可有效突破传统演练瓶颈,为卫生应急体系数字化转型提供理论与实践支撑。 This article focused on the shortcomings of traditional health emergency drills in scene simulation,data utilization,crossdomain collaboration and resource allocation,and deeply analyzed cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality(VR),augmented reality(AR),big data and artificial intelligence,5G communication,Internet of things and scenario construction.Through literature analysis,case studies and expert interviews,a technical requirements framework was constructed.The"three-dimensional integration"technology framework was innovatively proposed to promote the deep integration of intelligent technology and health emergency drill.The empirical results show that the comprehensive drill system based on the framework can significantly shorten the emergency response time,improve the efficiency of resource allocation and the accuracy of decision-making.5G Internet of things technology can significantly reduce the data transmission delay and accelerate the plan generation speed in cross-regional collaboration.Although technology integration faces challenges such as data security,system compatibility and regulatory conflicts,the research has confirmed that intelligent technology integration can effectively break through the bottleneck of traditional exercises,and provide theoretical and practical support for the digital transformation of the health emergency system.
