摘要
目的:探究输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术与盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联用治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的80例输尿管结石患者作为研究样本,通过随机数字表法分为两组:对照组40例接受输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术,观察组40例则在对照组治疗基础上加用坦索罗辛口服。比较两组临床疗效、结石排出情况、氧化应激因子水平、不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床疗效92.50%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);观察组结石排出效果更佳,排净率高,肾绞痛少,且排出时间缩短(P<0.05);治疗后,两组HO-1、ET-1水平均上升,但实验组均明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术与坦索罗辛联用治疗输尿管结石效果显著,能增强疗效,加速结石排出,并减轻患者氧化应激反应。
Objective:To explore the effect of flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:80 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study samples.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the control group(40 cases)received flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group(40 cases)received tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules orally in addition to the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,stone expulsion,levels of oxidative stress factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group 92.50%was higher than that in the control group 75.00%(P<0.05).The stone expulsion effect was better in the observation group,with a higher stone clearance rate,fewer renal colics and a shorter expulsion time(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HO-1 and ET-1 increased in both groups,but they were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules is effective in the treatment of ureteral calculi.It can enhance the therapeutic effect,accelerate stone expulsion,and alleviate the oxidative stress response in patients.
