摘要
本文梳理了近红外光谱技术在粮食营养成分分析、霉菌污染检测及掺假识别等场景中的应用,探讨了样品制备、设备管理、人员能力及环境条件对检测结果的影响机理,并提出针对性的质量控制策略。通过优化全流程管理机制,可为提升粮食检测标准化水平、保障粮食安全提供技术参考。
This paper sorts out the application scenarios of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in the analysis of nutritional components of grains,the detection of mold contamination,and the identification of adulterants.It explores the influence mechanism of sample preparation,equipment management,personnel capabilities,and environmental conditions on the detection results,and proposes targeted quality control strategies.By optimizing the whole-process management mechanism,it can provide technical references for improving the standardization level of grain detection and ensuring food security.
