响应面法优化石榴皮中鞣花酸提取工艺研究

Optimization of Extraction Process of Ellagic Acid from Pomegranate Peel by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为充分利用石榴皮中的鞣花酸,避免资源浪费和环境污染,本研究通过单因素实验和响应面分析探究了盐酸浓度、提取温度和时间对石榴皮中鞣花酸提取得率的影响。响应面分析获得的最佳提取条件为盐酸浓度4%、提取温度51℃、提取时间21 min。此条件下实际测得的鞣花酸提取得率平均值为8.17%,与模型预测理论值仅相差1.77%。 In order to maximize the utilization of ellagic acid in pomegranate peels and mitigate resource wastage and environmental pollution,this study investigated the effects of hydrochloric acid concentration,extraction temperature,and extraction time on the extraction rate of ellagic acid from pomegranate peels using single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.The optimal extraction conditions obtained through response surface analysis are as follows:a hydrochloric acid concentration of 4%,an extraction temperature of 51℃,and an extraction time of 21 min.Under these conditions,the average yield of ellagic acid measured experimentally is 8.17%,which deviates from the theoretical value obtained through model analysis only by 1.77%.
