摘要
生态文明视域下食品质量与安全专业思政教学改革,旨在将生态文明理念深度融入食品质量与安全专业课程思政教学,提升教学实效。在教学内容优化方面,以学理研究为基础,夯实习近平生态文明思想的理论根基,结合食品质量与安全专业特点,实现教学内容的系统化与层次化,助力学生精准把握生态文明思想的核心要义;在教学方法创新方面,通过生动的食品质量与安全方面的行业案例,设计翻转课堂来激发学生的学习兴趣与学习主动性,增强教学的互动性与实效性;在实践教学赋能方面,运用叙事式教学和社会体验式教学等方式,讲述生态文明建设中食品质量与安全领域的生动故事,增强学生情感共鸣,从而将理论学习与实践体验有机结合,为食品质量与安全专业思政教学改革提供有益借鉴。
The ideological and political education reform for the major of food quality and safety from the perspective of eco-civilization aims to deeply integrate eco-civilization into the ideological-political education of this major,thereby improving teaching effectiveness.In terms of optimizing teaching content,based on theoretical research,the theoretical foundation of Xi Jinping thought on eco-civilization is consolidated.Combined with the characteristics of food quality and safety,systematization and hierarchical arrangement of teaching content are realized,helping students accurately grasp the core essence of eco-civilization.In terms of innovative teaching methods,vivid cases from food quality and safety industry are used,and flipped-classroom is designed to stimulate the learning interest and initiative and enhance teaching interactivity and effectiveness.In terms of empowering practical teaching,through narrative-based,social-experiential teaching and other means,vivid stories of eco-civilization in food quality and safety are told to improve the emotional resonance,thus organically combining theoretical learning with practical experience,providing useful references for the ideological-political education reform of food quality and safety major.
