摘要
研究了地铁给排水设备的维护保养策略,分析了传统计划预修和事后维修策略的局限性,并提出了以可靠性为中心的维护(RCM)理念,结合状态监测与计划性检修优化维护策略,论证了通过实时监测设备状态,建立评估指标体系,并构建维护决策模型,能够提高设备可靠性,降低维护成本,减少对运营的影响。
This article studies the maintenance strategies of subway water supply and drainage equipment,analyzes the limitations of traditional planned pre-repair and post-repair strategies,and proposes the reliability centered maintenance(RCM)concept,which combines condition monitoring and planned maintenance to optimize maintenance strategies.By integrating condition monitoring with planned maintenance to optimize maintenance strategies,it is demonstrated that real-time monitoring of equipment status,establishment of an evaluation index system,and construction of a maintenance decision-making model can enhance equipment reliability,reduce maintenance costs,and minimize the impact on operations.
