摘要
研究了装配式建筑混凝土预制构件施工质量控制及施工管理方法,在明确混凝土预制构件施工特点与阶段划分的基础上,从施工准备阶段、生产运输阶段、现场安装阶段出发,分析了施工质量控制措施应用要点,并强调了施工管理方法的重要性,对全面质量管理、全寿命周期质量管理方法进行探索,旨在通过使用科学的管理方法提高质量控制效果。
The construction quality control and management methods of PC components in prefabricated buildings were studied.Based on clarifying the construction characteristics and stage division of PC components,starting from the construction preparation stage,production and transportation stage,and on-site installation stage,the key points of application of construction quality control measures were analyzed,and the importance of construction management methods was emphasized.The exploration of total quality management and life cycle quality management methods aims to enhance the effectiveness of quality control through the application of scientific management approaches.
