摘要
建设中西医协同“旗舰”医院是提升中西医结合水平的重要战略举措,而人才培养则是这一战略实施的核心环节。以四川大学华西医院为例,探索高质量发展背景下,如何精准契合综合医院中西医协同“旗舰”医院的独特属性,打造一条独具特色的中西医结合人才培养新路径。通过构建“层次分明、类别清晰、衔接有序”的中西医结合人才培养体系,创新性地设计覆盖研究生教育、博士后培养、中医类别临床医师以及西医医师中西医结合能力提升的全链条培养方案,以期推动中西医结合的可持续发展。
Establishing flagship hospitals for integrated Traditional Chinese and Western(TCM)medicine is a key strategy to advance the development of integrative medical practices.Talent cultivation serves as the cornerstone of this construction process.Using West China Hospital of Sichuan University as a case study,this review explores how to effectively align with the distinctive characteristics of a flagship hospital of integrated TCM in the context of high-quality development,while forging a unique talent cultivation model for combined Chinese and Western medicine.The study aim to develop a comprehensive,systematic training and education framework that encompasses graduate students,postdoctoral researchers,TCM clinicians,and Western medicine practitioners,employing both hierarchical and categorized approaches,to foster the sustainable advancement of integrated TCM practices.
