摘要
目的 探讨基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理对白内障手术患者术中应激及自我感受负担的影响。方法 选取上高县人民医院2021年5月-2023年5月收治的白内障手术患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例,分别应用常规护理和基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理。比较两组疾病知晓度(疾病认知、预后认知、出院认知)、应激指标(收缩压、舒张压、心率)、护理依从性、术后并发症(人工晶状体移位、角膜水肿、感染、眼压增大)发生率及自我感受负担(情绪、身体和经济)。结果 观察组护理后疾病认知、预后认知、出院认知评分高于对照组,情感因素、身体因素、经济因素评分均低于对照组,收缩压、舒张压及心率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理依从率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论 基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理可提升白内障手术患者的疾病知晓度和护理依从性,改善应激反应,减轻自我感受负担,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of programmed nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs on intraoperative stress and self-perceived burden in patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods Sixty patients with cataract surgery admitted to Shanggao County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Routine nursing and programmed nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs were applied respectively.The disease awareness(disease cognition,prognosis cognition,discharge cognition),stress index(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate),nursing compliance,incidence of postoperative complications(intraocular lens displacement,corneal edema,infection,intraocular pressure increase)and self-perceived burden(emotion,body and economy)were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of disease cognition,prognosis cognition and discharge cognition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of emotional factors,physical factors and economic factors were lower than those in the control group,and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Programmed nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs can improve the disease awareness and nursing compliance of patients undergoing cataract surgery,improve stress response,reduce self-perceived burden and reduce the incidence of complications.
