摘要
建设一支稳定的乡村教师队伍是教育强国背景下农村教育高质量发展的基本前提。通过对我国11省34县(市)乡村教师向城性流动意愿的实证调查研究发现:存在向城性流动意愿的乡村教师比例在一半以上,部分省份、县(市)占比超过70%;乡村教师向城性流动意愿在性别、年龄、婚姻状况等个体特征方面,学校区域、所在地等学校特征方面以及来源类型、紧缺程度、职称等职业身份特征方面存在显著差异;学历、毕业院校层次等能力因素,爱人与父母所在地、家校距离、子女就学地等家庭因素,工资收入、工资期待与待遇满意度等经济因素,工作时长、工作量、工作压力等工作负担因素以及晋升晋级机会、培训进修机会等发展因素是乡村教师向城性流动意愿的重要影响因素。稳定乡村教师队伍需要综合施策、精准发力。
Building a stable rural teacher workforce is a fundamental prerequisite for the high-quality development of rural education in the context of building a strong education nation.Through an empirical survey of the migration intention of rural teachers in 34 counties(cities)in 11 provinces in China,it was found that over half of rural teachers have the intention to migrate to cities,with some provinces and counties(cities)exceeding 70%.The migration intention of rural teachers to cities varies significantly in terms of individual characteristics such as gender,age,and marital status,school characteristics such as school region and location,professional identity characteristics such as source type,scarcity level,and professional title.Factors such as education-al background,the level of graduate institution,family factors such as the location of spouse and parents,distance between home and school,and chil-dren’s schooling location,economic factors such as salary income,salary expectations,and job satisfaction,workload factors such as working hours,work-load,and work pressure,as well as development factors such as promotion opportunities and training opportunities,are important influencing factors for the migration intention of rural teachers to cities.To stabilize the rural teacher workforce,comprehensive strategies and precise efforts are needed.
