摘要
目的 分析中药封包联合产后康复管理对产褥期产妇产后康复的影响。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年9月莲花县妇幼保健院收治的60例产褥期产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用中药封包进行干预,研究组以对照组为基础,行产后康复管理。比较两组生活质量(社会、躯体、健康、情感、生理)、产后康复指标(泌乳始动时间、子宫入盆时间、血性恶露持续时间、盆底肌张力评分)、心理状态(PHQ-9评分、GAD-7评分)、护理满意度。结果 研究组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后康复指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药封包联合产后康复管理可以改善产褥期产妇生活质量和心理状态,提高产妇产后康复效果和护理满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with postpartum rehabilitation management on postpartum rehabilitation of puerperal women.Methods A total of 60 puerperal women admitted to Lianhua County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 puerperal women in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine packet,and the study group was treated with postpartum rehabilitation management based on the control group.The quality of life(social,physical,health,emotional,physiological),postpartum rehabilitation indicators(lactation initiation time,uterine pelvic time,bloody lochia duration,pelvic floor muscle tension score),psychological status(PHQ-9 score,GAD-7 score)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life scores of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of postpartum rehabilitation indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with postpartum rehabilitation management can improve the quality of life and psychological state of puerperal women,improve the effect of postpartum rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
