摘要
目的探究蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗手足口病的临床效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2020年1月-2023年12月莲花县妇幼保健院接收的60例手足口病患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组患儿单纯使用蓝芩口服液治疗,研究组患儿予以蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间(发热消退时间、皮疹消失时间、口腔疱疹好转时间、总病程时间)、炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)]、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组发热消退时间、皮疹消失时间、口腔疱疹好转时间、总病程时间缩短(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗后CRP、WBC水平降低(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论蓝芩口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗手足口病的临床效果确切,能够有效缓解患儿口腔疱疹、发热、皮疹等临床症状,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lanqin oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods According to the random number table method,60 children with hand-foot-mouth disease received by Lianhua County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were divided into control group(30 children)and study group(30 children).The control group was treated with Lanqin oral liquid alone,and the study group was treated with Lanqin oral liquid and Kaihoujian spray.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom remission time(fever regression time,rash disappearance time,oral herpes improvement time,total course time),inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The fever regression time,rash disappearance time,oral herpes improvement time and total course of disease in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had lower CRP and WBC levels after treatment than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid combined with Kaihoujian spray has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms such as oral herpes,fever and rash,reduce the inflammatory response,and has high safety.
