摘要
目的对中国在安宁缓和医疗领域发表的相关文献进行可视化分析,了解安宁缓和医疗的研究现状及发展趋势,为进一步促进安宁缓和医疗发展提供参考。方法以“安宁缓和医疗”“安宁疗护”“缓和医疗”为主题词在中国知网(CKNI)上进行文献检索,检索时间为建库至2024年1月,利用文献计量学方法和CiteSpace可视化分析软件,分析安宁缓和医疗领域发文趋势、期刊分布、作者分布、机构分布、关键词共现及聚类等情况。结果共检索到1732篇安宁缓和医疗相关文献;CNKI从1986年开始出现对安宁缓和医疗的研究,至2016年出现爆发式增长;发文量最多的期刊为《医学与哲学》《护理学杂志》《护理研究》《中国护理管理》《全科护理》;发文量最多的作者为宁晓红;发文量最多的机构为北京协和医院;共现频次最多的关键词为安宁疗护、缓和医疗、生活质量、临终关怀、综述;关键词聚类排名前8的聚类为临终关怀、缓和医疗、生活质量、护士、综述、影响因素、效度、临终。结论我国安宁缓和医疗起步早,但发展缓慢,研究机构、研究人员仍显不足,相互之间的合作较少,研究深度和热度与需求不相适应,有待国家政策的进一步支持,鼓励更多的研究机构和研究者积极开展安宁缓和医疗相关研究。
Objective To visually analyze the relevant literature published in the field of hospice and palliative care in China,to understand the research status and development trend of hospice and palliative care,and to provide reference for further promoting the development of hospice and palliative care.Methods A literature search was conducted on China National Knowledge Network(CKNI)with the titles of"hospice palliative care","hospice care"and"palliative care".Bibliometrics and CiteSpace visual analysis software were used to analyze the publication trend,journal distribution,author distribution,institution distribution,keyword co-occurrence and clustering in the field of palliative care.Results A total of 1732 literatures related to hospice and palliative care were retrieved.Research on hospice and palliative care began in 1986 on CNIK,and there was an explosive growth in 2016.The journal with the largest number of publications was Medicine&Philosophy,Journal of Nursing Science,Chinese Nursing Research,Chinese Nursing Management and Chinese General Practice Nursing.The author with the largest number of articles was NING Xiaohong;the institution with the largest number of publications was Peking Union Medical College Hospital;the keywords with the highest co-occurrence frequency were hospice care,palliative care,quality of life,hospice care,and review.The top 8 clusters of keyword clustering were hospice care,palliative care,quality of life,nurses,reviews,influencing factors,validity,and end of life.Conclusion The research on hospice and palliative care in China started early,but the development is slow.Research institutions and researchers are still insufficient,and there is less cooperation between them.The depth and heat of research are not compatible with demand.It needs further support from national policies and encourages more research institutions and researchers to actively carry out research on hospice and palliative care.
