摘要
“学为中心”是我国新时代高等教育教学改革的重要理念。“学为中心”理念应用于教学评价改革对改善本科教学、提高人才培养质量具有重要价值。近年来,我国本科教学评价呈现出以下趋势:教学评价理念由以“教为中心”转向“学为中心”,教学评价重心由关注教学要素转向关注学习要素,教学评价方式从片段化评价转向全景式评价。当前我国本科教学评价存在以下主要问题:一是评“教”与评“学”不平衡,二是学习要素评价实践脱嵌,三是学生参与教学评价的意识和能力不足。通过完善本科教学评价体系,落实“学为中心”的教学改革,提高教师评价素养和培养学生教学评价意识与能力等途径推进本科教学评价改革。
In China’s new era of higher education evaluation reform,the concept of“Learning-Centered”stands as an important guiding principle.Applying this concept to teaching evaluation has significant value for improving undergraduate instruction and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.In China,undergraduate teaching evaluation has shown a trend of shifting its philosophy from“Teaching-Centered”to“Learning-Centered,”shifting its focus from teaching elements to learning elements,and shifting its methods from fragmented evaluations to panoramic evaluations.However,current undergraduate teaching evaluation faces problems such as an imbalance between evaluating“teaching”and evaluating“learning,”a decoupling of the evaluation of learning elements from practice,and insufficient awareness of and ability among students to participate in teaching evaluation.Teaching evaluation reform can be promoted through measures such as improving the undergraduate teaching evaluation system,implementing student-centered teaching reforms,enhancing teachers’evaluation literacy,and cultivating students’awareness of and ability in teaching evaluation.
