摘要
随着我国经济社会的转型发展和生物医药产业的迅速发展,社会对高层次、应用型药学人才的需求不断增加,药学硕士专业学位研究生培养发展时间较短,探索药学人才培养模式显得尤为重要。通过分析现阶段药学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式存在的问题,结合广西医科大学的培养经验,从而转变传统观念、明确培养目标、创新培养模式,优化研究生课程体系和教学方法,实行“双导师”负责制,以期为促进药学硕士专业学位研究生教育高质量发展提供借鉴经验。
With the transformation and development of Chinese economy and the rapid development of biomedical industry,the demand of society for high-level and applied pharmacy talents is increasing,and the development time of pharmacy master’s degree postgraduate training is relatively short,so it is especially important to explore the talent cultivation mode.By analyzing the problems of the cultivation mode of master of pharmacy professional degree graduate students at the present stage and combining with the cultivation experience of Guangxi Medical University,we discuss the problems in terms of changing the traditional concept of emphasizing academic degree and neglecting professional degree,clarifying the cultivation objectives and innovating the cultivation mode;optimizing the curriculum system and teaching methods of graduate students;and implementing the system of double tutors,in order to provide reference experience for promoting the high-quality development of pharmacy master’s professional degree graduate education.
