摘要
“学为中心”教育理念突出学生学习的主体地位,强调以学生学习为中心、以学习效果为中心、以学生发展为中心。近年来,“学为中心”的教育理念在探索研究中不断发展。但是,在长期“教为中心”理念的影响下,教学改革实践还存在诸多问题。通过分析“学为中心”教育理念落实过程中管理与服从的错位、教与学的脱节、督与导的分离、考与促的割裂等具体问题,提出了在课程教学不同环节中落实“学为中心”教育理念的具体策略。
Under the Learning-Centered Concept(LCC),students are principals in learning where students’learning,the learning effect,and the students’development are emphasized on.In recent years,the LCC has been continuously developed in exploration and investigation.However,due to the long-term influence of the Teaching-Centered concept and the Official-Centered ideology in college management,there are still many problems in the practice of education reform.In this paper,problems in the implementation of LCC such as the dislocation of management and service,the disconnection between teaching and learning,the separation of supervision and guidance,as well as the disjunction of examination and promotion are analyzed.Concrete methods are proposed to implement the LCC in the whole process of curriculum teaching.
