摘要
管理学作为一门集专业性和综合性为一体的高等教育基础教学科目,不仅是管理学专业人才的必修课程,同时也是应用型本科必修教材之一。但是结合当前的教学情况可知,在本科管理学教学过程中存在很多问题,这些问题不仅阻碍了管理学的发展,同时也不利于高校培养专业的管理学人才。基于此,高校有必要以建构主义理论为切入点,谈谈提高管理学教学质量的有效措施,并为管理学改革提供一些有针对性的建议。
Management science,as a basic and integrated subject of higher education,is not only a required course for management professionals,but also one of the compulsory teaching materials for applied undergraduates.However,according to the current teaching situation,there are many problems in the teaching process of undergraduate management.These problems not only hinder the development of management,but also are not conducive to the training of professional management talents in universities.Based on this,it is necessary for colleges and universities to take the constructivist theory as the starting point to talk about effective measures to improve the quality of management teaching,and did not provide some targeted suggestions for management reform.
