摘要
乡村文化建设的发展为社会治理现代化的推进提供思想前提,社会治理现代化实现的具体要求为乡村文化建设指明前进方向。应对乡村社会治理中文化建设面临的主体结构不均衡,多元协同格局有待构建、基础设施利用率不高,资源效能有待充分释放和乡村文化资源开发模式单一,缺乏深度挖掘阐释的现状,探索以社会治理共同体理念激发多元主体活力、提升乡村公共文化设施的利用效能和创新开发模式促进文化资源转化的发展路径,以期有效推进乡村社会治理现代化的实现。
The development of rural cultural construction provides an ideological prerequisite for the advancement of social governance modernization,and the specific requirements for the realization of social governance modernization point out the direction for rural cultural construction.In response to the unbalanced main structure faced by cultural construction in rural social governance,the need to build a diversified collaborative pattern,low infrastructure utilization,the need to be fully released,the lack of in-depth excavation and interpretation of rural cultural resources development models,and the lack of in-depth excavation and interpretation,we should explore the development path of social governance.The concept of community stimulates the vitality of multiple subjects,improves the utilization efficiency of rural public cultural facilities,and innovates the development model to promote the transformation of cultural resources,in order to effectively promote the realization of the modernization of rural social governance.
