设施环境调控对芦笋生长发育的作用机制研究

摘要 该研究针对银川地区典型中温带大陆性气候下芦笋生长面临的干旱胁迫问题,探究设施环境调控的缓解效应。试验设置日温差控制组(昼夜温差小于15℃)和干旱胁迫对照组,通过调控温度(昼温23~25℃、夜温10~13℃)与相对湿度(60%~65%)和CO_(2)浓度(600~800μmol/mol)等环境因子,研究其对芦笋生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,设施环境下,芦笋叶片相对含水量提高18.6%,渗透调节物质脯氨酸含量降低25.3%,光合速率提高22.5%;根系活力提升25.1%,产量较露地增加41.3%。研究结果可为银川地区芦笋设施栽培中干旱胁迫的缓解提供理论依据和技术参考。 The study aimed at the drought stress problem faced by asparagus growth in a typical mid-temperate continental climate in Yinchuan,and explored the mitigation effect of facility environmental regulation.The experiment set up a daily temperature difference control group(day-night temperature difference<15℃)and a drought stress control group.The effects of temperature(day temperature 23~25℃,night temperature 10~13℃)and environmental factors such as relative humidity(60%~65%)and CO_(2) concentration(600~800μmol/mol)on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of asparagus were studied.The results showed that under the facility environment,the relative water content of asparagus leaves increased by 18.6%,the osmotic regulating substance proline content decreased by 25.3%,and the photosynthetic rate increased by 22.5%.The root activity increased by 25.1%,and the yield increased by 41.3%compared with the open field.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for alleviating drought stress in protected cultivation of asparagus in Yinchuan.
