摘要
在现有药品分拣工作中研发了一套数据采集系统,该系统由传感器、上位机和数据库等组成。上位机部分通过Modbus RTU协议以报文格式进行数据传输并展示出来,最后存入数据库中,使用C#语言在Visual Studio开发环境下进行上位机的软件编写和界面设计,并实时显示、保存传感器数据,对传感器数据具备状态判断、数据筛选、数据处理等功能。使用MySQL数据库,在Navicat Premium图形化界面进行表的设计、数据存储及数据分类等功能。测试结果表明该系统运行稳定,数据采集效率高,数据传输正确。
A data acquisition system was developed for the existing pill sorting operation.The system consists of sensors,a host computer,and a database.The host computer uses the Modbus RTU protocol for data transmission in message format,which is then displayed and stored in the database.The host software and interface are developed using C#in the Visual Studio environment,allowing real-time display and storage of sensor data,with features such as status monitoring,data filtering,and processing.MySQL database is used for table design,data storage,and data categorization,with the graphical interface of Navicat Premium.Test results show that the system operates stably,with high data acquisition efficiency and accurate data transmission.
