Design of Monitoring System of Coal Mine Hydraulic Support

摘要 针对煤矿开采工作中,液压支架设备布局分散、协同管理不变和远程监控效率较低的问题,开发设计了一套基于PLC和VB的液压支架远程监控管理系统。系统采用PLC作为现场设备控制器,通过485总线实时监控支架液压系统运行状态,基于VB.NET的上位机系统负责接收设备数据和控制电磁阀动作。该套系统既实现了液压支架的远程监控,同时提高了矿用机电设备协同工作效率。 Aiming at the problems of decentralized layout of hydraulic support equipment,constant collaborative management and low remote monitoring efficiency in coal mining,a set of remote monitoring and management system for hydraulic support based on PLC and VB was developed and designed.The system uses PLC as the field device controller,and monitors the running status of the support hydraulic system in real time through the 485 bus.The upper computer system based on VB.NET is responsible for receiving device data and controlling the action of the solenoid valve.This system not only realizes the remote monitoring of hydraulic supports,but also improves the efficiency of collaborative work of mine electromechanical equipment.
