摘要
通过研究基于毫米波雷达的前端架构、原理模型,以及毫米波元器件通用测量方案,提出了针对高频段雷达射频前端核心指标的一系列测试方法。工作围绕信号质量、收发天线和接收链路三部分展开,对信号噪声、扫频性能、天线方向图和噪声系数等核心指标进行了详细分析和对应的测试方案设计。在测试条件限制,尤其缺少毫米波频段网络分析仪等情况下,重点讨论了利用频谱分析仪配合频率扩展模块,进行指标测试和性能评估的实用创新方法。同时结合数学模型和电路原理,提出了改善相关指标的可行手段。该研究对于优化和改进毫米波硬件设计,提升雷达系统整体性能具有积极意义。
Based on the front-end architecture,radar theoretical model,and the millimeter wave compo‐nents general measurement solution,a range of test methods for the key parameters of the radar RF front-end are proposed in the high frequency band.Three parts are involved in the work:signal quality analy‐sis,transceiver antenna testing,and receive link testing.The signal noise,frequency sweep performance,antenna pattern and noise figure are discussed in detail,and the corresponding test plans are designed.Practical and innovative methods for the parameter measurement and performance evaluation are discussed and provided,focusing on a spectrum analyzer equipped with a frequency extension module.This approach is particularly useful when test conditions are limited,especially when a millimeter wave network analy is lacking.Referring mathematical model and circuit principle,this work also proposes feasible means to optimize the parameters,which have great significance to improve the hardware and the whole system performance.
