摘要
OBE教育理念与应用技术大学创新创业教育的目标、路径、模式上具有高度契合性。应用技术大学在推进农业创新创业教育中,面临理念模式融合不足、农业师资力量薄弱、课程体系与农业需求脱节、评估机制适配性低及学生参与度有限等现实困境。基于此,应用技术大学需以OBE理念为指引,重构基于学生中心的人才培养方案,重塑融入农业特色的创新创业课程体系,打造兼具农业教学与创业实践能力的“双师”队伍,建立适配农业场景的持续改进评估机制,优化支持农业创新创业的制度生态,从而培养更多具备农业创新精神和创业能力的高素质人才,为服务区域农业经济发展、助力乡村振兴作出更大贡献。
The OBE education concept is highly compatible with the goals,paths,and models of innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied technology universities,Applied technology universities face practical dilemmas in promoting agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship education,such as insufficient integration of conceptual models,weak agricultural faculty,disconnection between curriculum systems and agricultural needs,low adaptability of evaluation mechanisms,and limited student participation.Accordingly,applied technology universities should be guided by the OBE concept to reconstruct student-centered talent training programs,reshape innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum systems with agricultural characteristics,build"double-qualified"teams with both agricultural teaching and entrepreneurial practice capabilities,establish a continuous improvement evaluation mechanism adapted to agricultural scenarios,and optimize the institutional ecology supporting agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship.This will cultivate more high-quality talents with agricultural innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability,making greater contributions to serving regional agricultural economic development and boosting rural revitalization.
