摘要
广东省作为我国改革开放的前沿阵地,其物流体系运行质量与区域经济社会发展的耦合效应日趋显著。当前,传统物流运作模式仍存在着高能耗特征突出、碳足迹监测缺失、逆向物流循环不畅等问题。推进物流体系绿色转型不仅是实现产业升级的必由之路,还是实现产业升级的必由之路。本文通过构建包含4个维度、18项指标的评价体系,基于层次分析法(AHP)搭建SWOT-AHP混合分析框架,重点对广东省绿色物流发展的关键驱动要素进行定性与定量双重测度,形成具有空间适配性的发展策略矩阵,以期为区域物流低碳化进程提供决策支撑。
As the forefront of China’s reform and opening-up,Guangdong Province has seen an increasingly significant coupling effect between the operation quality of its logistics system and regional socio-economic development.Currently,traditional logistics operations still face challenges such as high energy consumption,lack of carbon footprint monitoring,and inefficient reverse logistics cycles.Promoting the green transformation of the logistics system is not only essential for industrial upgrading but also a necessary path for sustainable development.This study constructs an evaluation system comprising four dimensions and 18 indicators and develops a SWOT-AHP hybrid analysis framework based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).It focuses on qualitatively and quantitatively measuring the key driving factors of green logistics development in Guangdong Province and establishes a development strategy matrix with spatial adaptability,aiming to provide decision-making support for regional low-carbon logistics advancement.
