摘要
目的了解肇庆市居民膳食铅(Pb)暴露水平,评估肇庆市居民膳食Pb暴露的健康风险。方法利用2018—2024年肇庆市21类共3387份食品样品的Pb含量监测数据,结合本地居民膳食消费量,采用点评估法评估肇庆市居民膳食Pb暴露水平,并利用暴露边界比(margin of exposure,MOE)法评估其潜在健康风险。结果3387份食品中Pb平均含量为0.0388~0.0663 mg/kg,不合格率为0.21%,检出率为20.4%。肇庆市居民膳食Pb平均摄入量为0.3886~1.0282μg/(kg·BW·d)。蔬菜是居民膳食Pb暴露的主要来源,占膳食Pb总暴露量的35%以上。人群平均暴露膳食Pb的MOE大于1,上限下高暴露(P97.5)人群膳食Pb的MOE小于1。结论肇庆居民膳食Pb平均暴露量对健康造成的风险较低,但需要关注高暴露人群膳食Pb引起的健康风险。
Objective To understand the dietary lead(Pb)exposure level of residents in Zhaoqing,and to assess the health risk of dietary Pb exposure of residents in Zhaoqing.Methods A total of 3387 food samples in 21 categories were measured for Pb in Zhaoqing from 2018 to 2024.Combined with the food consumption data of local residents,dietary Pb exposure of residents in Zhaoqing was calculated by the deterministic approaches and the margin of exposure(MOE)method was used to evaluate the health risk of the population.Results The average content of Pb in 3387 food samples ranged from 0.0388 to 0.0663 mg/kg,with the exceeding rate of 0.21% and the overall detection rate of 20.4%.The mean dietary Pb intake in Zhaoqing residents ranged from 0.3886 to 1.0282μg/(kg·BW·d).Vegetables were the main sources of dietary Pb exposure,accounting for more than 35%of the total dietary Pb exposure.The MOE was greater than 1 at the mean exposure level.The MOE at the 97.5th percentile exposure level was less than 1 in the upper-bound scenario.Conclusion The average level of dietary Pb exposure for residents pose a low risk to population health,but the dietary Pb exposure risk of high-exposure people pose certain health risks that deserve significant attention.
