摘要
目的 探讨南宁市售22种药食同源中药材中16种稀土元素(rare earth elements,REEs)的分布特征及其含量水平,评估消费人群稀土元素暴露水平及潜在健康风险。方法 采用微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法测定REEs含量,通过简单分布评估法计算消费人群中REEs暴露水平并进行风险评估。结果 南宁市售554份药食同源中药材中REEs,含量为0.010~15.866 mg/kg,平均含量为0.795 mg/kg,中位数为0.334 mg/kg,稀土元素中Ce、La、Nd、Y的平均含量相对较高。不同产地、不同种类药食同源中药材中部分REEs含量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。南宁市售灵芝、黄芪、党参、铁皮石斛和杜仲消费人群的REEs每日平均暴露量分别为0.265、0.044、0.256、0.023、0.117μg/(kg BW),灵芝高消费人群REEs每日暴露量(P_(90))为0.583μg/(kg BW),占每日允许摄入量的0.83%。结论 REEs在药食同源中药材中普遍存在,不同产地不同种类药食同源中药材中REEs含量存在一定差异,南宁市售药食同源中药材消费人群中REEs摄入水平对健康造成的风险处于可接受水平,健康风险较低。同时本研究为药食同源中药材质量标准的稀土限量制定提供多维度数据支撑。
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics and content levels of 16 kinds of rare earth elements(REEs)in 22 kinds of medicine food homology herbs sold in Nanning,and assess the exposure level and potential health risks of REEs in the consumer population.Methods The content of REEs was determined by microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry.The exposure level of REEs in the consumer population was calculated by the simple distribution assessment method and risk assessment was conducted.Results The content of REEs in 554 samples of medicine food homology herbs sold in Nanning ranged from 0.010 to 15.866 mg/kg,with an average content of 0.795 mg/kg and a median of 0.334 mg/kg.Among the rare earth elements,the average content of Ce,La,Nd and Y was relatively high.The content of some REEs in medicine food homology herbs from different origins and different types showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The average daily exposure levels of REEs in the consumer population of Ganoderma lucidum,Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Dendrobium officinale and Eucommia ulmoides in Nanning were 0.265,0.044,0.256,0.023 and 0.117μg/(kg BW),respectively.The daily exposure level of REEs in the high-consumption population of Ganoderma lucidum(P90)was 0.583μg/(kg BW),accounting for 0.83%of the acceptable daily intake.Conclusion REEs are widely present in medicine food homology herbs.There are certain differences in the contents of REEs in medicine food homology herbs from different origins and different types.The intake level of REEs in the consumer population of medicine food homology herbs sold in Nanning poses a low health risk and is within an acceptable level.At the same time,this study provides multi-dimensional data support for the formulation of rare earth limits in the quality standards of medicine food homology herbs.
