摘要
目前博士学位论文评价指标设计存在主观性过强、权重分配失衡等问题,鉴于此,通过文献计量分析、深度访谈及多轮德尔菲专家咨询,最终确定由论文选题、学院及导师研究方向、博士学位论文利用率3个一级指标构成的博士学位论文质量评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法计算得出各维度相对重要性排序。据此提出重视论文选题、加强导师队伍及学院科研条件建设、横向分类评价论文质量等建议,以期为科学评价博士学位论文质量提供新的思路。
Current doctoral dissertation assessment exhibits problems of excessive subjectivity and imbalanced weight allocation.Therefore,this study employs bibliometric analysis,in-depth interviews,and multi-round Delphi expert consultation to establish a doctoral dissertation quality assessment framework.This framework comprises 3 first-level indexes called dissertation topic selection,research fields of the department and advisor,and utilization rate of doctoral dissertation.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is utilized to determine the relative importance of each dimension.Based on these findings,we propose strategic recommendations such as emphasizing the significance of topic selection,enhancing research condition of department and advisor,and implementing a horizontal classified system for dissertation quality assessment.These strategies aim to offer novel perspectives for the scientific assessment of doctoral dissertation quality.
