摘要
聚焦农业强国的建设要求,青贮饲料产业高质量发展对调整养殖产业结构、提高养殖生产效益具有重要作用。在“粮改饲”政策支持不断加码、青贮饲料供应基础持续夯实、青贮技术水平大幅跃升的驱动下,青贮饲料产业已具备良好的发展基础。面向农业强国建设背景,青贮饲料产业高质量发展既是支撑畜牧养殖提质增效的重要前提,也是适应绿色生态建设方向的必由之路,更是促进种养加工三产融合的必然举措。因此,文章提出应全面推动种苗技术破局、聚合多元服务及调整种植结构的方法,推动青贮饲料产业转型升级,为农业强国建设提供参考。
Focusing on the requirements of building an agricultural power,the high-quality development of the silage feed industry plays an important role in adjusting the structure of the breeding industry and improving the efficiency of breeding production.Driven by the increasing support of the'grain to feed'policy,the continuous consolidation of the supply foundation of silage feed,and the significant leap in silage technology level,the high-quality development of the silage feed industry has good practical conditions.In the context of building an agricultural power,the high-quality development of the silage feed industry is not only an important prerequisite for supporting the improvement of animal husbandry quality and efficiency,but also a necessary path to adapt to the direction of green ecological construction,and an inevitable measure to promote the integrated development of planting,breeding,and processing industries.Therefore,the article proposes that we should comprehensively promote breakthroughs in seedling technology,integrate diverse services and adjust the planting structure to drive the transformation and upgrading of the silage industry,providing references for the construction of an agricultural power.
