摘要
尾菜作为蔬菜生产的废弃物,营养物质丰富,具有成为非常规饲料的潜力。通过解决尾菜高水分、季节性问题,合理利用尾菜资源,将其开发成为非常规饲料,能够缓解我国饲料资源不足的情况。尾菜通过微生物青贮技术发酵,在厌氧条件下将碳水化合物转化为有机酸,可降低尾菜的pH,抑制有害菌的生长繁殖,提高尾菜的消化率。青贮尾菜在生产中可替代部分饲料。本文主要综述了我国尾菜资源概况、尾菜的营养价值及青贮技术、青贮尾菜饲料在畜牧生产中的应用等,以期为尾菜的饲料化利用提供参考。
Vegetable waste,by-products possessing high nutritional value from vegetable production,exhibits the potential as an unconventional feed.We make rational use of vegetable waste by addressing the problems of high moisture content and seasonal production in vegetable waste.Converting vegetable waste into animal feed can alleviate the shortage of feed resources in China.Through microbial silage technology,vegetable waste is fermented under anaerobic conditions to convert carbohydrates into organic acids,which can lower the pH of vegetable waste,inhibit the growth and reproduction of harmful bacteria,and improve the digestibility of vegetable waste.Silaged vegetable waste can replace part of the feed in production.This paper mainly reviews the general situation of vegetable waste resources in China,the nutritional value of vegetable waste and silage technology,and the application of silaged vegetable waste feed in livestock production,in order to provide a reference for the feed utilization of vegetable waste.
